Along with Switzerland, we are able to fulfill orders globally.

SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND AND THE REST OF EUROPE (EU Countries only)
Each Shipment is charged CHF 10.-
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days.

Should your item be out of stock or delayed for any unexpected reason, we will get in touch and give you the option to cancel or replace it with an alternative.
In addition to our standard delivery service, we can arrange a quick-ship service should you be working to a tight deadline. Please email info@ayurlicious.ch or call at +41 76 702 6003.
If you wish to collect your order in person, please choose local pick-up at checkout and send us an email or give us a call to arrange a convenient time to come over.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Rest of the world)
We fulfil our International orders through the Swiss postal services or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on the size of your shipment.
A standard sized package is charged at CHF 20.-

Should your order be of large volume, we cannot base our International shipping charges on the value of goods. DHL charges are calculated by the volumetric weight of the parcel required to transport the goods to your address.
Therefore, should you wish to order any one or a mix of products, please email the list, along with quantities, to Payal at info@ayurlicious.ch.
Please be sure to include your name and delivery address too.
We will then reply by return with the calculated shipping cost. Should you wish to confirm the order, we’ll then email you a confirmation and invoice for payment. Please note that our stock levels change regularly, so we cannot guarantee that the items you initially requested will be available by the time of final purchase.

Duties and taxes
We ship our products from Switzerland. Your completed order value covers the purchase of all products and delivery to your stated address. However, if applicable, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for shipping to the destination.
Returns (Applicable to Physical products and items only)
We at Ayurlicious LLC want our customers to be happy customers. Before dispatch, your order is carefully inspected and packed with care, so it leaves us in perfect condition.
Still, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason, we will do our best to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
Physical items can be returned within 7 days, just contact us at info@ayurlicious.ch with the reason for the return or exchange. Please note, any downloaded courses, workshops or non-physical products, cannot be returned after purchase.

For a smooth process, please add the following to your return request e-mail:

Include your order number in the return so we can refund you as quickly as possible

Share the tracking number with us. No need to return items with a signed for delivery. Note: We are unable to issue refunds without receiving the returned item.

For international returns mark the package as ‘Return Goods” with a zero sales value

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of return except for damaged goods
After sending us the return request e-mail, goods should then be returned within 14-days and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or full refund. Upon receipt, an exchange or refund will then be arranged immediately
